Leading with Honor: Virtual, Live Training

In today’s workforce, understanding how to lead staff through organizational challenges is critical. Leadership is more than the ability to inspire, guide, and influence others toward achieving common objectives. It starts from within, requiring self-reflection, integrity, and commitment to empowering the team you lead. This session provides the tools to enhance leadership skills and define the qualities of effective leaders, all while drawing the roadmap to a strong work culture.

Learning Objectives: 
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
• Demonstrate how to lead with integrity during times of organizational stress
• Motivate future leaders through foundational mentorship practices
• Develop and cultivate skills to lead with honor

Attendees will earn a total of 2 computer-based CEUs. FHCA will post contact hours to CE Broker by March 7.

This event will be delivered via a two-hour virtual, live training session on February 5, 2025, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. EST.

• Accessing the Event: Registered attendees will receive an email by February 17 with instructions on how to access the virtual training, which will be broadcast via Zoom.
• Post-Test Deadline: Attendees must complete the post-test by March 5 at 4:00 p.m. EST to receive CEUs.
