All Hazards Exercise Planning & After-Action Report

For providers to demonstrate their experience activating their emergency plans, they must provide written documentation in accordance with emergency preparedness requirements. This template, developed by FHCA’s Emergency Preparedness and Life Safety committee, contains a blueprint for exercise development and conducting an after action report and improvement plan for a drill or emergency.
