Generational leadership is defined as the ability to lead and manage a team of individuals from different age groups, with each generation having its own unique characteristics, attitudes toward work and expectations. During this webinar, Gina Cappitti with LeaderStat will help attendees understand how the various generations learn and how employers can best meet their needs. Doing so is vital to helping organizations be successful in their recruitment and retention strategies, communication and engagement activities, and ultimately, delivery of resident quality care.
