Florida long term care centers are facing a significant demand for nurses due to an aging population and increasing healthcare needs. This webinar will highlight several long-term strategies to develop a pipeline of clinical nursing staff to address vacancies. Hear from Joanne Hoertz with Brooks Rehabilitation on their use of external recruiting, international nurse recruiting, partnerships with community nursing programs/state workforce funding initiatives and innovative flexible staffing models to meet their workforce needs.
