Allison Spangler, BSN, RN, RAC-CT, QCP is Nursing Home Lead & Subject Matter Expert with Health Quality Innovators (HQI) with almost 20 years of experience in nursing home quality improvement. She is a seasoned certified resident assessment coordinator and Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement (QAPI) certified professional. In her role at HQI, Allison provides technical assistance to conduct root cause analysis, develop action plans, and follow-up to ensure progress and sustainability. She has helped nursing home facilities improve their regulatory compliance, quality measure performance, and reimbursement through accurate MDS coding while also maximizing opportunities for rapid cycle quality measure improvement. Allison holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Virginia.
Felicity Wood, MS, LNHA
Lead Quality Improvement Specialist

Felicity Wood, MS, LNHA, a Lead Quality Improvement Consultant with Health Quality Innovators (HQI), has spent more than 20 years in health care focusing on leadership, operations, project management, communications, and quality improvement in the senior living industry. She has worked in a variety of settings including faith-based non-profits facilities as well as regional for-profit, multi-facility chains. She has a Master’s degree in Gerontology with a concentration in Healthcare Administration.
