Skilled Nursing Facility Compliance Program Resources

The Office of Inspector General published guidance on compliance programs directed at various segments of the health care industry, including skilled nursing facilities, to encourage the development and use of internal controls to monitor adherence to applicable statutes, regulations, and program requirements. This includes seven elements for skilled nursing facilities mandated under the Affordable Care Act. These members-only presentations are designed to assist centers with meeting various training requirements for a skilled nursing facility's corporate compliance program.
