This members-only webinar will support skilled nursing facilities' understanding of the requirements and the process for administering two new survey programs that are tied to quality reporting, reimbursement eligibility, and regulatory compliance - CoreQ Resident and Family Satisfaction Survey and AHRQ Patient Safety Culture Survey. Attendees will gain a better understanding of both survey programs, including the expected timelines and practical steps to prepare for implementation.
Attendees will also meet the team from Carefeed, FHCA's newest Service Corp member that will serve as the preferred provider of survey administration services, offering a program designed specifically for skilled nursing facilities, with discounted pricing exclusively for FHCA members.

Tom Parker serves as the Senior Director of Policy & Reimbursement for the Florida Health Care Association. On behalf of FHCA, he serves as a liaison to American Health Care Association and FHCA Reimbursement Committee and represents long term care providers before the Florida Legislature, AHCA, DOEA, CMS, and other entities regarding issues of reimbursement and health care finance policy.
